When entering Hamsterley village from the A68 continue through the village past the pub, continue straight ahead (DO NOT turn right in the middle of the village sign posted hamsterley forest this will take you to the visitors centre). once you leave the village you will pass a set of tennis courts on your left continue along this road, you will come to a sharp right had ben followed by a sharp left hand bend, continue past the opening for the forest drive for a further 2miles and the descend carpark will be on your right.
